I strongly agree that the web already has all the elements set for us and it is definately a very powerful tool for business starters.

One of the lines from the Cluetrain Manifesto that struck me was this: "Conversation that understands that it isn’t a distraction from work, it’s the real work of business."

As an entrepreneur, I've found that conversations with potential customers and others in my niche always help me identify false assumptions that might have been holding me back in business. Services like Twitter or LinkedIn Answers, which facilitate conversation on the web, make it ridiculously easy to engage with others who might have an impact on our decisions in business and in life.
